Seymour Library serves the City of Auburn, the town of Owasco, and the portions of the towns of Sennett and Fleming. The library traces its history back to 1876, when the Seymour Library Association was established. The current building, located at 176 Genesee Street, was designed by the renowned architectural firm Carrère and Hastings and was completed in 1903.
It is Seymour Library’s mission to connect, engage, and inspire. The library serves as the community’s hub of learning and discovery by providing dynamic resources and experiences for all ages in a welcoming environment.
