A NON -Walking Fort Cemetery Tour Part 2

The long awaited presentation of A Non-walking Fort Hill Cemetery Tour (part2) is finally scheduled for the Ward W. O’Hara Agricultural & Country Living Museum on the evening of Thursday September 18, 2025. The program will once again be narrated by your tour guiles Laurel Auchamapugh and Todd Gaglianese. Two years ago, part 1 was presented to a standing room only crowd. Guests enjoyed a detailed tour of Fort Hill Cemetery from the comfort of their seats. Since then, there have been many requests for part 2 to be presented.

Part 2 of the tour is a shorter but all new section that picks up where part 1 left off. There is plenty of local history yet to be explored. We will also be telling the stories of some little-known and more recent residents of Fort Hill. Hope to see you there

Laurel Auchampaugh is the Historian for the Town of Owasco and a very knowledgeable and gifted historian in the area. She writes monthly articles for the Citizen in which she always has a very interesting topic of local history to explore. Laurel is a gifted presenter and is sure to keep the audience on the edge of their seats.
