Inside Gov’t & Beyond the Front Page Return to ARMA this Week

Public affairs shows Inside Government and Beyond the Front Page return to Auburn following Cayuga Community College’s winter break!

On Tuesday, February 24th, the first guest on Inside Government with Guy Cosentino will be Auburn Superintendent of Schools Dr. Misty Slavic for an update on the Auburn School District including New York State Aid Projections from Governor Kathy Hochul’s proposed New York State Budget for 2026-2027 and a discussion about the District’s efforts to increase school attendance. The program airs at 7 PM on Spectrum 12 on Tuesday and at 8 PM Thursday, the 26th, and will replay on Spectrum’s 12 & 98 and FIOS Verizon Channel 31 on Saturday, February 28th and Sunday, March 1st, at 5:00 PM from the Auburn Regional Media Access (ARMA).

That program will be followed by a second Inside Government with Guy Cosentino with Auburn Mayor James “Jimmy” Giannettino for a City Update that will include a discussion of the new housing projects, as well as a hotel on Grant Ave, being proposed, a possible increase in State Aid and an update on the Lake Avenue Bridge project, The program airs at 7:30 PM on Spectrum 12 on Tuesday and at 8:30 PM Thursday, the 26th, and will replay on Spectrum’s 12 & 98 and FIOS Verizon Channel 31 on Saturday, February 28th and Sunday, March 1st, at 5:30 PM from the Auburn Regional Media Access (ARMA).

On Thursday, February 26th, on Inside Government with Guy Cosentino the guest will be Cayuga County Sheriff Brian Schenck to give a law enforcement update and to discuss his decision not to seek re-election. The program airs at 7 PM on Spectrum 12 on Thursday and at 8:00 PM Tuesday, the 3rd, and will replay on Spectrum’s 12 & 98 and FIOS Verizon Channel 31 on Saturday, February 28th and Sunday, March 1st at 6:00 PM from the Auburn Regional Media Access (ARMA).

That will be followed by a Beyond the Front Page with Guy Cosentino with Darryl Clark, of the Hideout Gaming Center that just moved to 100 Genesee Street. The program airs at 7:30 PM on Spectrum 12 on Thursday and at 8:30 PM Tuesday, the 3rd, and will replay on Spectrum’s 12 & 98 and FIOS Verizon Channel 31 on Saturday, February 28th and Sunday, March 1st at 6:30 PM from the Auburn Regional Media Access (ARMA).

Future guests this Spring include Senator Rachel May, Cayuga County Legislative Chair Jonathan Anna, City Manager Jennifer Haines, Owasco Lake Watershed Management Council’s Executive Director Dr. Adam Effler, Auburn YMCA Executive Director Scott Sincerbeaux, Julie Liccion and the Z Club and representatives of the NYPENN Pathways Girls Scouts Program.
